What is AI Innovation?

AI Innovation is a project-based pathway where students learn AI by building, experimenting, and solving real-world problems. Rather than focusing only on theory, students create applications, explore ideas, and develop practical skills through hands-on work. This pathway is designed to help students start from action, build real capabilities, and gradually discover where they want to go next.

Two Levels of Growth

Track A: Panorama AI & Computing Camp

Wide Range Exploration and Technology Skills

Students explore two essential areas: Artificial Intelligence and Computing Systems. The curriculum uses Dr. Meng's "Frictionless Learning" approach to teach programming, algorithms, AI, web technology, and microprocessor control. Students build capstone projects and develop college-level knowledge. Grades 6-11, 2 semesters.

Track B: Elite AI & Computing Deep Dive Camp

Focused Specialization Supporting Breakthroughs

Students explore Advanced AI and Complex Computing Systems using professional tools (Python, Java, Linux, Raspberry Pi, AWS). Through coursework and capstone projects, they develop work at a college sophomore/junior engineering level, building strong credentials for competitive university applications. Open to qualified high school students over 2 semesters.

The Breadth-First Camp embraces the design philosophy of "breadth as the priority axis," dedicated to fostering innovation. It enhances efficiency, helping students develop a broad technical in modern computer science, aligning with university majors. The camp covers key technologies:

  1. Programming and algorithms developed over the past 60 years,

  2. Internet technologies from the past 30 years,

  3. The evolution of artificial intelligence over the past 15 years,

  4. Technologies poised to drive transformation in the next 10 years: the Internet Things (IoT) , microprocessors, autonomous intelligent agents. 

The camp is divided into two phases:

  • [Track A1:  ] (40 instructional hours, focusing on artificial intelligence)

  • [Track A2: ] (40 instructional hours, focusing on computing systems)

Through high-volume knowledge coverage and multi-dimensional technology integration, it provides an immersive learning experience, enabling the construction of competition-ready modules and capstone projects.

Supplemented by the subsequent free [TCT Target Competition Training], it significantly enhances students' competitiveness in science and technology innovation competitions. Data shows that the award-winning rate can increase by more than 100 times. Many participants have achieved major awards in international competitions such as the MIT Global AI Hackathon, WAICY, AI YES and others within just one year.

AI Systems Ecosystem Integration & Applied Development

The Elite AI & Computing Deep Dive Camp adopts a “deep specialized research and development” curriculum model. It is designed to guide students in conducting technical exploration across several key areas of artificial intelligence and computer science on a professional-level platform. The expected project outcomes are intended to reach the technical level of second- or third-year students in top university engineering programs.

 

This program follows Dr. Meng’s original “Selective Professional Platform Curriculum”, consisting of Track B1 and Track B2. Unlike traditional general technical pathways, the program emphasizes in-depth exploration of selected specialized areas. It breaks down complex technologies into accessible and structured components, providing students with a clear development roadmap for technical innovation and breakthrough.

 

The program is aligned with top international competitions, including ISEF, STS, Davidson Fellowship, and the Cutler-Bell Awards, with the goal of helping students develop outstanding project outcomes that may have meaningful impact on their dream school applications.

 

Through a professional platform, students will conduct intensive exploration in artificial intelligence and intelligent systems, including two semester-long units:

Exclusive Extension Program

This initiative provides complimentary professional parent-coach training and comprehensive strategic competition guidance, helping students unlock and maximize their competitive potential.

From top-level strategic design to execution, Dr. Meng collaborates closely with parent coaches to provide systematic, practice-oriented, end-to-end support. He offers precise evaluation and optimization guidance across key stages, including:

  • Creative ideation and problem framing

  • Team formation and role structuring

  • Project planning and proposal writing

  • Design refinement and technical architecture

  • Implementation and system development

  • Demo design and storytelling

  • Video production and editing

  • High-impact presentation and performance training

Track C & D:Science Fair Competition Project Guidance Plan
Dr. Meng has launched an advanced innovation project mentoring program for high school students, aimed at helping them participate in, provincial, and even international science and engineering competitions (SEF), including ISEF and its affiliated events, fulfilling the of guiding students to the winner's podium.

Grades 9-11 Students

Dr. Meng

Dr. Meng 是【孟博士科创竞赛特训营】的创始人和项目主任,知名AI科创教练 -拥有计算机科学博士和电子工程硕士学位。他是MIT应用发明家认证培训大师、IEEE高级会员、美国计算机教师学会(CSTA)会员,同时也是青年科学家与创新者协会(ASYI)创始人。

作为计算机技术教育者和科创竞赛教练,他指导的学生赢得众多美国和国际级奖项,创造了无数奇迹,帮助学生迈入世界顶尖名校!
